Introduction
Rotary kiln is simple in structure, convenient and reliable during controlling and high rotary rate.
It's not only used to calcine high-grade cement in cement plant but also widely used in metallurgical, chemical, construction and other industries. The rotary kiln made by our plant with high quality is strong in structure and stable in operation. We can offer advanced efficient shaft preheater, five grade cyclone preheaters.
We are specialized in making magnesium metal rotary kiln. The production technology of metallic magnesium has about five stages that follow.
Firstly, raw material, dolomite, often is crushed by crusher into 30-40mm.Then they are sent into the rotary kiln to be calcined. Next they are grinded into powder by ball mill. Then they are pressed into ball which also contains ferrosilicon including 75%si and fluorite powder including 95%GaF2 by ball press. Finally, they are sent into the reducing furnace and get the magnesium ingot.
