Lipase The lipase is the triacylglycerol hydrolase. It can catalyze and hydrolyze the natural substrate fat to fatty acid, glycerol and monoglyceride or diglyceride. The lipase has mild reaction conditions and excellent stereoselectivity and will not cause environment pollution problems. The lipase can be widely used in many industry areas such as the food, fat, washing, leather, paper making, feed etc industry. Product specification: 1.
