Aluminum flux-cored wire Aluminum Flux-cored brazing wire has the following wire has the following functional features

1. E8812NC has good mobility, bright and smooth brazing seams, low melting point and excellent corrosion resistance

2. Fluxing aent is not needed in operation; the work place can be clean the and the workpiece is more clean;

3. Good operability and low technical demand for operators;

4. Brazing flux is non- corrosive and lives up to ROHS standard;

5. Brazing flux is equably filled without empty space and leakages and with high percentage of pass of welded junctions;

6. Non-corrosive brazing flux is employed in producing handmade welding wire. Uneven welding flux and high welding temperature may overburn the aluminum material; there is a high consumption of brazing flux and welding wires; the welded junction is not smooth and beautiful; too much inflow of brazing flux into the pipe may block the pipe and decrease the flow of coolants and especially too much inflow of brazing flux may block the pipeline; 7. Handmade welding wire is produced with chloride brazing flux such as corrosion brazing flux QJ201/0726 etc. Though there is a low melting point in brazing fluxing welding, it is not environmental after washing. The remains of the chloride brazing flux may corrode and even damage the pipeline.
