The major colorant component is capsanthin and capsorubin. It is a kind of oil liquid with dark red color. It has good distribution, fluidity and solubility with bright color and superior coloring strength in water & oils. The product is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, feed industry and other industries. It is a good colorant used in noodle, pickles, aquatic products, meat, pastry, salad, butter, candy drinks and so on. 4.
