APPLICATION: Oil Purifier LYE is designed for recycling all kinds of engine oil used in ships, cars and other vehicles. It not only can remove the carbon particles, deep oxides, etc., but also can remove the harmful matters such as colloid, bitumen. After treated by the machines, the oil color looks like the new and the quality indexes are improved also, so as to resume the performance of engine oil, keep the engine being lubricated, guarantee lubricating system of engine to work properly and prolong service life of engine oil. It not only removes the impurities, water, acid matter, organic and inorganic acid effectively, but also can remove carbon particulate matter and peroxides. In gas engine oil, bitumen and colloid and other sludge can be removed similarly. After purification by the machines, the color of the treated oil is recovered and the quality indexes are improved too so as to recovery the performance of gas engine oil, prolong the service life of gas engine and oil. This system adopts advanced indefinite oil temperature control device, which can set the top and bottom oil temperature discretionarily to avoid frequent motions of beating AC contract and prolong the service life of AC contract. 7. This plant is equipped with integrated protection devices. Through each executive component, it can realize overall self-protection to the temperature, pressure, vacuum level, ultra-pressure etc.
