Rotor surface, inside wall of mixing chamber, discharging door surface and other surfaces contacting with stock are all hardened tough buildup welding with carbide alloy or plated with hard chrome, in order to improve wear-resistance performance.
Drop door driven by hydraulic device with double racks can run steadily and reliably with short open/close door time .It adopts toggle-locking mechanism, having strong locking force and good self-locking and seal performances.
Drive system adopts DC motor or AC inverter motor to realize stepless speed adjustment or adopts AC motor with gear box etc. The drive system has the advantages of steady drive, lower noise and long service life etc.
