Camellia oil is pressed from oleifera camellia seeds of camellia tree. Camellia tree is a special oil plant native to the southern area of Yangtze River in China. Camellia tree grows up in nature without any pollution. We have our own camellia tree garden and have IFOAM and USDA organic certification. Camellia oil contains a high amount of unsturated fatty acid which is up to 90%. It is rich in Vitamin E and mineral elements. Keeping using camellia oil can reduce the cholesterin level in blood; prevent our body from coronary hart disease；promot immunity and function of stomach and intestine, and anti-consenescence. Besides, 220℃ makes camellia oil the best cooking oil for frying. It is almost suitable for all means of cooking.
