Description:Level 550-600PMa low alloy plating copper gas shielded welding wire.By adding proper amount of titanium,under the condition of large line energy can also through the formation of TiN crystal and refine crystal.In addition,titanium joining is conducive to stable arc and reduce the splash.Strictly controlled the content of S and P,so excellent mechanical properties and crack resistance with the weld joint. 
Application:WW55-G Gas Shielded Solid Welding Wire using CO2 or Ar Gas shielded welding,mainly used in welding of ship, pipeline, mechanical engineering, container, petrochemical industry, boiler and pressure vessel, bridge, lifting transport equipment, high-rise building and other fields of level 55KG low alloy steel and steel structure.

Notes:(Ⅰ)With argon gas protection welding,the arc should not be controled too low, and the length of arc should be between 4-5 mm.(Ⅱ)Welding line energy will affect the mechanical properties,crack resistance and density of the weld joint.(Ⅲ)In order to prevent the crack, it is recommended that preheating at 60-150℃ before welding.
