Water-washed Kaolin
Properties:
Water washed kaolin is a crystalline material with a triclinic form in quasi-hexagonal configuration. It is a slightly acidic mineral, but has good acid and alkali resistance. With properties of high whiteness, good dispersity, excellent plasticity and high adhesion, electrical insulation, it has wide use in coatings,paints,paper-making and so on.

Application:
△ Paper- making Industry: In coating paper, art paper, white board paper, corrugated paper, coating white board paper; cast coated paper and so on.
△ Coating Industry: Good suspension, easy dispersion, excellent hiding power, high whiteness and pure color.
△ Oil and Paint Industry: Low oil absorption, good dispersion, high thermal resistance, low temperature resistance, ultraviolet resistance, oxidative degradation resistance as well as good electric insulation.
△ Rubber Industry: Good viscosity and dispersion, and can well improve the effect of vulcanization, increase the addition for its good crosslink with rubber.
△ Plastic Industry: Can stop the infrared rays of wavelength from 7-14um in thick film so as to increase the temperature in the shed.
△ Ceramics: In high and low voltage ceramic, all kinds of ceramic billet and enamel; it is also applied in all kinds of refractory.
△ Cable Industry: It can greatly improve the specific volume resistance, dielectric strength, retardant effectiveness with its good dispersion and reinforcement.
