Our Bolted Bonnet Gate Valve, compliant with API 602 standards, is constructed from high-quality ASTM A105N Forged Carbon Steel. With a size of 1 Inch (DN25) and a Class 300 LB (PN50) pressure rating, it ensures reliable performance. Featuring a solid wedge for effective flow control and RF Integral Flange Ends for secure connections, this valve is designed for durability and ease of use with a manual handwheel.
Bolted Bonnet Forged Gate Valve Integral Flange
Valve Description: Bolted bonnet, Reduced bore, integral flange, solid wedge, renewable seat
Body Material: ASTM A105N
Size: 1 Inch, DN25
Pressure: Class 300 LB, PN50
End Connection: RF
Metal Seat: 13cr
Design / Manufacture: API 602
Face to Face: MFR, API 602
Test and Inspection: API 598
Mode of Operation: Handwheel
The opening and closing part of the forged steel gate valve is a gate, and the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The forged steel gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, and cannot be adjusted or throttled. The gate of the forged steel gate valve has two sealing surfaces. The two sealing surfaces of the most used model gate valve form a wedge, and the wedge angle varies with valve parameters. The driving modes of forged steel gate valve are: manual, pneumatic, electric, gas-liquid linkage.
We are Bolted Bonnet Forged Gate Valve Manufacturers in China.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
Advantages of Forged Steel Gate Valve
1. Small fluid resistance.
2. The external force required for opening and closing is small.
3. The flow direction of the medium is not restricted.
4. When fully open, the sealing surface is less eroded by the working medium than the stop valve.
5. The body shape is relatively simple, and the casting process is better.
Disadvantages of Forged Steel Gate Valve
1. Both the external dimensions and opening height are relatively large. Larger space is required for installation.
2. During the opening and closing process, there is relative friction between the sealing surfaces, which is easy to cause scratches.
3. Forged steel gate valves generally have two sealing surfaces, which add some difficulties to processing, grinding and maintenance.
