The Project content

KLYE is from a Canadian fashion company, what we designed and developed for him is the wearable product of woven rope series bracelets. The design theme of the stick element bracelet is mainly in the shape of bone, hexagon and figure 8.

The services we provided

In order to meet customer's demand for quality, all hardware accessories are made of stainless steel 316L material. After the production of the three different kinds of sticks are completed, the black woven rope is used to weave together by hand to form a bracelet. Because these weaving techniques cannot be replaced by machines, the weaving process is the focus of bracelet production. We need to consider whether these sticks can be well combined together and not easy to break up when arranging the thread of the braided rope.

After the design idea is implemented, we start to make samples and send them to the customer for confirmation. After that, we will carry out mass production and delivery according to customers' demand. The whole station provides overseas customers with professional services from R&D to mass production to logistics delivery.

It's very difficult and costly to make these sticks out of stainless steel, and it takes a very professional process to weave them with ropes.
