Common problem and solution
1. When use HUD, the screen display nothing, and all black
1) check whether the OBD line is connected the OBD interface tightly, if not, pull up the OBD cable, and plug in again.
2) Start the car, check whether the HUD button is on, if only show HUD, it prove this car donnot have OBD protocal, and cannot compatibility with HUD, in this situation, pls change another car to use.
2.When HUD power on, HUD only shows the car voltage and be automatic power off after 30 seconds driving.
A: HUD only work for cars with OBD2 agreement and EU-OBD agreement(European region: after 03 years, Other region:after 07 years)
please note OBD2HUD Products donnot support JOBD and OBDI and recommended test for another car.
3. See not clearly the display information in the daytime,and with double reflection.
1): Check whether the protective filmonHUD host surfaceis tear off,and please stick the reflection film on the windscreen.
2) Find menu 2, it is to adjust the brightness, default value 5 means the brightness is the brightest.
