1  Introduction
 
Iron based amorphous alloy consists of Fe, Si, B, Nb, Cu, etc. The alloy with Cu and Nb will become crystallite with size in 10-20nm when annealing above the crystallization temperation by particular annealing and crystallization treatment. The crystallite material is defined as nanocrystalline alloy.  
 
2  Application
 
EMC common mode and differential mode filter inductor core;
Switching supply transformer core in high, medium, and low power;
Current transformer core in all accuracy (zero sequence, leakage protection);
Magnetic amplifier core, peak suppressor core, saturable inductor core;
 
3  Feature
 
It has excellent property of high saturation flux density, high permeability, low coercivity, low loss, good stability, high strength and corrosion resistance, etc.
It can replace silicon steel, permalloy and ferrite as ideal material for transformer in high and medium frequency, mutual inductor, inductance components,
It has the highest PQ ratio in the metal soft magnetic material.
