Founded in 2003, Dongguan Rikang Industrial Co., Ltd. is located in Chaolang Industrial Zone, Chashan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. Covering an area of over 6,000 square meters,it is a "double wings progressive" comprehensive manufacturer that domesticly leads the production of plastic bags and the production and sales of packaging machinery equipment.
The company has two core departments:plastic bags manufacturing department and packaging machinery department.Plastic bags department has upgraded to specialized and large-scale production which has the annual producing capacity of 2000-2500 tons,and its products are widely used in bank,express,electronics,machinery,clothing,food,ect.Plastic bag production department has a dust-free workshop of 1800 square meters and a team with 15 intermediate-senior managers and technical personnel,implementing the ISO9001:2000 quality management system，comprehensively using specialized ERP production management system and SGS certificate.
Mainly producing many kinds of packaging products such as LDPE plastic bags(cloting bag,courier bag,die cut handle bag),HDPE plastic bags(handle bag,shopping bag),,PP plastic bags,BOPP plastic bags(bread bag),locking-head bags,square bags,hand-hanging bags,zipper bags,PVC bags,etc.At present,this department is mainly using various types of equipments made by itself.These equipments including 15 sets film blowing machine which can meet the film width from 2cm to 200cm,being able to take out all kinds of materials such as LDPE,HDPE,PP,ect;and 20 sets high speed flat bag making machine,heat sealing and cutting machine which can cut maximally bags more than 1 meter;5 sets offset printing machines with 6 colors,2 copper-plate machines with 4-8 colors,as well as a number of production equipment such as tape products cutting machine and slitting machine,which can monthly output more than 200 tons various plastic packaging products.At the same time provide the scene for customer to visit and study plastic bags technology.
