The product It is especiallyused to prepare two-component polyurethane/ polyurea coatings with high solid content, acrylic coating,potting material etc. The slowly response time, better hardness and tensile strength provide the productswith special application demands. This product could be used separately or mixed with acrylic resin withhydroxyl and then crosslink with other aliphatics isocyanate to produce polyurethane/polyurea coatingswith high solid content, elastic paint or other protective coatings.
EAROY T520 Amino Resin could also be mixed with other amino resins , such as the same series products EAROY T440, EAROY T420 and EAROY T551 of the company, thus to obtain more flexible activation period and drying time and to meet different hardness demands while preparing polyurea finish paint with high solid content and acrylic coating.
Typical purposesI. High performance PU (polyurea) acrylic coating. It is different from the existing PU(polyurethane) acrylic coating. PU acrylic coating which mainly consists of EAROY T420and EAROY T520 presents performance better than PU (polyurethane) acrylic coating. Its performance could not be reached by epoxy resin acrylic coating.II. High impact resistance and wear resistance varnish for mobile phones and notebooks.The outstanding impact resistance and wear resistance, flexibly adjusting softness and hardness requirement as well as response time make it more suitable than UV coating for application in such fields.III. Coating polyurea. The traditional SPUA spray polyurea fails to meet the requirements on many espects such as adhesive force, due to the over fast response time, or even requires for pre-coating treatment. By adding such resin, it is able to flexibly adjust the response time, to increase adhesive force, and to improve the coating film performance.
IV. Wind power impeller coating. It replaces the traditional two-component polyurethane coatings to prepare thinly coated impeller paint, which not only reduces the impeller weight, but also saves cost. Meanwhile, its performance could be improved greatly. If used together with 4F fluoropolymer resin we distribute, it will generate the third generation impeller coating with more better performance.
