HQ69 series Roller pass through type shot blasting machineis suitable for processing large H-beam, Steel structure, etc. to eliminate internal stress, rust and burnish surface of work pieces..Not only can remove the rust on the surface of the workpiece, clean up the welding slag on the structure, also can eliminate the welding stress of the workpiece, improve the fatigue resistance, increase the film adhesion when painting, workpiece and eventually achieve the goal of improve the surface and inner quality.

2.Machine details

Using Japan centrifugal blast wheel technology with a large volume, high velocity projectile significantly improves the cleaning efficiency, can get a satisfactory cleaning quality.
Using computer-aided design (CAD) drawing, selection and arrangement of blasters is more reasonable. Improve the projectile utilization and labor productivity,
Using rolled steel plate Mn13 in chamber body, easy replacement and long lifespan.
Splitter used by BE full curtain separator technology of the U.S. Panbang En company, have good separation.
