It is always observed in the center most cavity. Only and also among the shortest runner path it flow!! Hot m/fold is no problem!! As it is an plastic injection mold part!! And same injection mold runs ok with same type same size same company m/c. Barrel also cleaned completely!! Even purged many times with Acrylic!! HM !! Styrene runners etc!!
Same barrel do not give any problem with same injection mold when used without color master batch or even with other molds having < 1mm wall thickness and alongwith color master batch also. It is really a strange and even though easy!! But can't trace the culprit!!!
Check the offending heat zones. If natural resin does not exhibit black streaks and colored resin does in the same injection mold/machine/settings, I'd STRONGLY suspect that the colorant is not standing up to the heat. If it is always the same cavities, I'd measure the temperature there. FDA doesn't mean anything as far as heat stability of the pigment!
