Maitake Mushroom Extract Latin Name: Grifola frondosus Synonyms: Dancing Mushroom Extract; Hen of the woods; Rams head; Sheeps head Description: The maitake mushroom (grifola frondosa) is commonly known in the West as hen of the woods and sheeps head.
