For 60V cables, 19 specifications and 3 wall thicknesses are specified for single-core aluminum conductor cables of AC 30V or DC 60V from 0.5 to 160mm²; 600V cables set size specifications for single-core copper conductor cables of AC 600V or DC 900V, AC 1000V or DC 1500V. The outer diameter of the conductor, insulation thickness and cable outer diameter of each specification have clear value ranges, and the outer diameter of the cable under different specifications and insulation thicknesses presents specific values according to the standard, so as to ensure the adaptability and safety of the cable in the electrical system of road vehicles.
