Maintenance process: 1 Eliminate external factors and check whether 220V power supply, charging gun and on-board charger are normal.
2 After checking that there are no problems with external factors, take out the computer and CAN card, and connect one end to the diagnostic interface and the other end to the computer.
3 After confirming that the connection is correct, open the upper computer program. If the communication is successful, you can view the specific information. If ZLG communication failure is displayed, recheck whether the connection is correct or whether the CAN card is normal. CAN card connection prompt.
4 After the communication is normal, select BMU configuration, select the fault information column, and then click Download.
5 Check the download content. If the system shows that the charging relay is not engaged, remove the high-voltage box assembly, check the charging relay, and replace the high-voltage box assembly after confirming the problem. The fault is eliminated after replacement.
