Difference between single-layer power shielded wire and double-layer power shielded wire


The so-called "shielding" of cable structure is actually a measure to improve the distribution of electric field. The conductor wrapped with conductor outside the conductor is called shield wire. The conductor wrapped with conductor outside the conductor is called shielding wire, and the wrapped conductor is called shielding layer, which is generally braided copper mesh or copper foil (aluminum). Different grounding forms will directly affect the shielding effect. The grounding methods of electric field and magnetic field shielding layers are different. Ungrounded, single ended or double ended grounding can be used. The conductor wrapped in the structure is called shielding layer, which is generally conductive cloth, braided copper mesh or copper (aluminum) platinum.
