As for the charging pile cable, the thickness of the harness can not be unified. First of all, the charging pile can be divided into single-phase and three-phase. Whether it is two-phase or single-phase, the AC incoming current should be converted.
Secondly, the selection of charging cable can refer to relevant manuals or regulations. For example, the single-phase charging pile is generally 7KW (AC charging pile), I = P / u = 7000 / 220 = 32a, and 4mm2 copper core cable should be used. Three phase charging pile (DC pile) 15kw current 23a cable 4mm2; 30kW current 46a cable 10 mm2; 60kW current 92a cable 25 mm2; 90kw current 120a cable 35mm2. All charging piles shall have zero line and ground line. Therefore, three core cables are required for single-phase cables and five core cables are required for three-phase cables.
