Product Specification
Zxdh2 water electrolysis hydrogen production system is the best-selling equipment of our institute. The hydrogen production of a single equipment can reach 20Nm3 / h-600nm3 / h, and the layout of hydrogen production station is as follows;
All stainless steel equipment appearance polishing treatment, beautiful and generous;
The electrolyzer adopts bipolar pressure filter structure, and the sealing performance of insulating gasket is strong;
The gas-liquid processor is a frame combined structure, with simple process and easy installation, operation and maintenance;
Silicon rectifier is used to replace the original silicon controlled rectifier, which reduces the harmonic interference of the device to the power grid, effectively eliminates the high harmonic pollution to the power grid, and reduces the reactive power loss;
Full automatic microcomputer control, high degree of automation, remote centralized management, man-machine intelligent interface, simple operation, safe and reliable;
The purity of hydrogen and oxygen is 99.99% and 99.2% respectively.
Technical features
Using PD Pt bimetallic deoxidation catalyst, the deoxidation effect can reach oxygen content ≤ 1ppm, and the atmospheric deoxidation effect can reach oxygen content ≤ 5ppm.
High quality molecular sieve is adopted, with high loading coefficient, high adsorption capacity and high adsorption rate. The moisture content of hydrogen in the product is less than - 75 ℃ dew point.
Using high efficiency sintered nickel tube filter, the filtration efficiency can reach 99.9999%, and the molecular size after dust removal is less than 0.3 μ M.
The working pressure of purification can be adjusted from 0.8 to 3.2Mpa, and the maximum treatment capacity can exceed the design value by 15%.
The regeneration gas consumption is 5% - 10% of the treatment capacity, and the power consumption is zero. If the feed gas regeneration or three tower process is adopted, the hydrogen loss is zero.
