Anti back staining Soaping Agent for Lylon is a  derivative of special fatty amine. 

Use for washing after acid dyeing of printing can improve the washing of fabric obviously. 

Especially for the white ground printing fabric, anti-staining effect is very good.

Properties

Remove printing thickener effectively, increase the washing fastness of acidic dyeing printed fabric, 

avoid tarnishing. Also can be used in short wash cycle.

Have excellent washing and anti-staining ability, effective to all acid dye. 

Suitable for acid dye or  cleaning of anti-staining after printing. 

Also can be used to improve color fastness on nylon fabric, without APEO, formaldehyde and 

other environmental banned substances.

To prevent the black space of acidic dye printing and the contamination to 

light-colored part of the fabric, can be used to remove the dye which is 

not fixing on the printed fabrics of nylon.

Application

The dosage is base on  the composition of fabric or the type of machine, generally recommend the following process 

to achieve a good anti-tarnishing effect and to ensure the removal of thickener.

A. Add 1~2 g/l ILA-25  and 1g/l soda ash in cold water, 

then running 6 minutes

B. Add 1~2 g/l ILA-25  and 1g/l soda ash in cold water, 

then running 12 minutes

C. Add 1~2 g/l ILA-25  and 1g/l soda ash then raise the 

temperature to 40~50°C, running 25 minutes.

Packing & Storage

125 Kg in one plastic drum; can be stored for 6 months sealed in room temperature.
