Ironing Fastness Fixing Agent C65

Used for fixing of reactive dyes, to improve the soaping, dyeing, mercerizing, perspiration fastness, especially ironing fastness, up to 5 grade, completely free of formaldehyde, in line with European and American environmental requirements, fixing effect and lifting force is the best cost-effective products.

Properties

1, for the activity of direct dyeing of cellulose fibers after dyeing treatment. Soap fastness improve 1-2 grade, the color fastness can reach 4 grade; ironing fastness 5 grade

2, can improve perspiration fastness;

3, does not affect the shade, conducive to production;

4, Turquoise Blue color  also up to 4 grade;

 5, effectively improve the mercerizing fastness, reduce the color fade and color change.

6. Does not affect the feel and hydrophilic, suitable for cheese yarn fixing process. 

Application

1, dipping process: dosage: 1-3% (o.w.f)

2, rolling process: dosage: 10 ~ 20g / L

Packing & Storage

125 Kg/plastic woven bag lined with plastic bag; Avoid deliquescence, must sealing up the vessel and stored under cool and dry conditions.
