Working principle
1)After the oil pan on the kitchen hearth is burning, the large heat from the fire makes the heat-detection infusible metal in haul cable releaser break away.

3 )The liquid extinguishing agent is sprayed on the surface of the device n the kitc and drive all the auxiliary pneumatic or electric switch-off devices and the alarming linkage system. Hen hearth and the smoke exhaustion hood, oil-filter screen and exhaustion pipeline through the nozzle. This special extinguishing agent can extinguish the flare inside the oil pan rapidly and form a covering layer to inhibit the burning of oil material steam and prevent the rekindling of oil material.
4)Within about 3-5seconds after the system sprays the agent, the valve in the system opens the spraying valve automatically, The water sprays through the pipeline of extinguishing agent and the nozzle and cools and brushes the oil material and the surface of the hearth device rapidly.
